Piping in
One of the most memorable and emotional recurring features of the whole day was the presence of the pipes. The English contingent at the wedding were given a rich taste of the best of Scots culture not least in the Ceilidh dances but also in the stirring and beautiful music of the pipes. Here, Mark and Charlene are piped into the ballroom to meet their guests at dinner by Pat.
Confetti
Arriving at the Balbirnie Hotel, Charlene manages herself and her fairytale dress up the steps through the flurry of confetti.
Outside the Church
The wedding party outside the church. The papparazzi were there too, so there was lots of flash!
